As there are limitations of time and space, we might not be able to accommodate all the interests and therefore the selected ones shall be contacted by Gujarati Samaj shortly after the deadline to provide further details.
- All of the Performances, Activities and Art should be related to Diwali / Gujarati New Year surrounding our Gujarat / Indian Culture.

- Competitions of Rangoli and Diva Deco/Toran, and Kids stalls – Google Form
- The cultural programme and competition is open to all participating members. • Available stage dimensions 5,10m x 3,94m. Performances shall be limited to maximum 5min per performance and a total of around 10 performances will be allotted.
- A space of 1mx1m shall be provided for Rangoli, Diva Deco/Toran Art competition. A0 size sheets shall be provided. Hanging arrangements are NOT available and all Art work shall be displayed on the A0 size papers. A Total of 10 Rangolis and 10 Diva/Toran art work space is allocated.
- Game Stalls are only for Kids (hosted). A table of approx. 0,75m x 1,5m shall be provided. A total of 6 stalls space is allocated.
- All other the necessary equipment, materials, preparation etc. for the competition, stalls and so on should be arranged and brought to the venue by the selected participants.
- Selection of the performances, competition will be based on first come first serve basis and to ensure diversity in performances
- Selected participants for the activities are requested to reach the venue by 13:00 on the event day to prepare themselves and make their art ready for display by the event start at 14:00. • No further time shall be allocated for the competition upon start of the event.
- Basic equipment like chairs, small tables (limited number) and water supply can be provided from the event hall.
