Thank you for your interest in Gujarati Samaj Berlin e.V.

General:

  • Gujarati Samaj Berlin e.V. (GSB) is a non-profit organization. As you are aware, we organize many social and cultural gatherings and events. During such events we collect information from you.
  • Information you provide us through your e mails to us such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. Information you provide us during registration for an GSB events or gatherings. The information is used to connect with GSB members and update them regarding the new events and social gatherings organized by GSB..
  • When you accept these terms as a registered member of GSB, they apply to all the people covered by your membership type especially in case of Family Membership. In case you do not your membership for another period of time, all your personal information will be deleted.
  • This personal information you provide us remains secure and confidential. GSB will not share your information with other companies/organizations.
  • GSB will use your information for send newsletter, various program info, surveys and advertising campaigns in association with its sponsors.
  • By providing your consent to our Terms and Conditions, you also provide your consent to the use of photos or videos taken during GSB events on website and social media platforms of GSB and other printed material like Brochure, Poster etc.
  • We make every effort to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Gujarati Samaj Berlin takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
  • Through this website you may be able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Gujarati Samaj Berlin e.V. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

Membership Related:

  • GSB have 3 membership levels mentioned in here.
  • Once you successfully purchased membership you cannot ask for refund of membership amount or cancel the membership for respective year of membership.
  • Membership is NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.

Events Related: 

Before purchasing of Entry pass/ticket, we strongly recommend that you to go through the following terms and conditions:

  • The entry passes/tickets for event are NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON- REFUNDABLE. While purchasing entry pass, correct name of all participants must be provided
  • More than 1 Pass SHOULD NOT be purchased with same name of participant
  • One cannot possess and register their names in two or more entry passes/tickets. In this case, the only one pass/ticket will be considered as valid, other passes will become invalid, and entry pass/ticket fees will NOT be refunded
  • Entry requirements for the Event for All participants/attendees: Valid photo ID, Entry Pass/Ticket. 
  • The pass/ticket holders’ name must match with registered name
  • Without fulfilling above mentioned criteria, entry is NOT possible even if you have a valid Entry Pass/Ticket.
  • After entry confirmation, an armband will be provided at the venue to all the participants who have purchased entry pass. It is mandatory to have an armband worn throughout the event. Without armband, the re-entry is not possible.

The organizers’ committee of the event from Gujarati Samaj Berlin e.V. reserve all rights to take final decisions in any case.
